For bookings made via e-mail or telephone or for direct bookings via our homepage:
• Up to 14 days before arrival you may cancel free of charge.
• From 7 - 13 days 70 % of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• From 6 days before the agreed date of arrival or in the event of no-shows and early departures, 90 % of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If your arrival is not possible due to a COVID-19 travel warning for our region (Salzburg province) or due to a border closure, or if you have to go into an officially ordered quarantine (presentation of a certificate) you can of course cancel FREE OF CHARGE!
• If you already made a deposit, we will send you a voucher, which you can use for your next stay in our hotel.
